Karen Millen Event: Feminine Lace & Retro Silhouettes

Firstly, thank you so very much to Felix from Frement for inviting me to this event. I must say, the Spring Summer collection was extremely beautiful. Think a kaleidescopic mix of the brightest jewel-hued tones in feminine retro-inspired cuts (think Mad Men with the slick pencil skirts), and to amp up the allure we have intricate lace detailing for a modest yet fierce sexiness.

Complete with classy flutes of golden bubbly and even bit sized tiramisu cakes, the atmosphere buzzed with a sense of excitement. From PR representatives to a multitude of local bloggers, photographers and editors, the showroom/store was filled to the brim with interesting personalities.

My highlight of the night was meeting some absolutely wonderful girls! 

It was absolutely fabulous meeting some of Hong Kong's blog personalities! 

Each and every one of them are very prominent in the Hk blogging scene and it was just so great to be able to ask them for tips (for a beginner like me :P). They all were extremely sweet and seemed so passionate about blogging, what an inspiration!

I also met the wonderfully sassy Jasmine from dressmeblog, who unfortunately i did not have time to get a photo of (i rushed off to make a dinner appointment!) I would like to thank everyone for being such sweet souls, you were all so very kind in welcoming me to the Hk fashion bloggers circle, i'm so happy to be part of such a wonderful community!
