Anticipating Marni at H&M

Is it just me or is everyone super excited to get their hands on pieces from the Marni at H&M collection? 

There is just something so intricately beautiful about a well designed print. 

Today, I'm going to get the chance to visit the H&M Showroom to view the collection (yay! Thanks to dear Rosie from the Hk H&M Pr team). The Marni collection held a launch party in Los Angeles on 12th of February attended by Hollywood's elite. The event was hosted by the lovely Consuelo Castigliioni (Founder and Creative Director of Marni), Sofia Coppola (Director of campaign and muse to Marc Jacobs) and Margareta van den Bosch (Creative Advisor of H&M) at  an enchanting Hollywood Residence. Performing exclusively that night was English musician and singer Bryan Ferry.

 “Tonight has been magical. It is as if Sofia Coppola’s campaign for Marni at H&M has come to life with this party in Hollywood.” Margareta van den Bosch, H&M’s creative advisor

How magnificent is the location? It's as if the Moroccan house in the campaign had been magically transported and was emulated in the glittering and enchanting mood of the party.

The beautifully filmed campaign is set in a sunny exotic Morocco and showcases the pieces in a gorgeous dreamlike sequence of lazy days, candle-lit bar taverns and a sexy pool kiss in the dark. Sighh I've always loved all the campaigns Ms. Coppola has filmed and this one does not fall short at all.
